Whitburn

This project involved the transformation of a two-storey property into a fully accessible, future-proofed family home, carefully designed to meet the complex needs of the client. A key feature of the project was the installation of a new lift, ensuring full accessibility across both floors of the property.

The design included the creation of an open-plan kitchen and lounge, providing a spacious, inclusive area for family life and socialising. Level access was also introduced, allowing seamless connectivity between the ground floor and the garden, ensuring the outdoor space could be easily enjoyed by all.

Throughout the design and construction phases, PHP worked closely with the family and care team to ensure the client’s specific needs were addressed in every aspect of the project. Drawing on our extensive experience and expertise in this sector, we were able to ensure that all spaces were not only fully accessible but also finished to the highest standards, combining practicality with welcoming modern  interiors.
