This project involved a significant extension and alteration to an existing bungalow to create a modern, accessible home for a disabled adult client and family. The design process focused on inclusivity and functionality, ensuring that the needs of the client were met while delivering a contemporary design.

Using advanced 3D computer modelling, multiple design options were shared with the client during the planning stages. This collaborative approach allowed for a clear visualisation of the proposals and ensured the final design aligned with the client’s preferences and requirements.

The new facilities include a hydrotherapy pool to support therapeutic needs, an open-plan living arrangement that fosters a sense of connection, an accessible garden designed for outdoor enjoyment, a gym to encourage fitness, and a fully accessible bathroom for ease of use.

Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the success of the project in providing a comfortable, functional, and stylish home that enhances the quality of life for all family members.
