This project involved the extension of a two-storey property, meticulously designed to accommodate the complex needs of our young client and his family. A key element of the scheme was the creation of a rear extension, which not only provides the necessary living space but also ensures access to the expansive gardens.

The design included an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite featuring specialist equipment, and a dedicated therapy room. Additionally, an inclusive space for family living and socialising was incorporated. A large patio area was also constructed, offering seamless connectivity between the ground floor and the garden, enabling effortless enjoyment of the outdoor space for all.

During the design and construction phases, PHP worked in close collaboration with the family and care team to ensure every aspect of the project addressed the client’s specific requirements.
